Direct deposit info is input by you in ADP. Check your routing number and account number. Your bank may take up to 2 pay cycles to start direct deposit.
Q: I need more uniforms than the 2 tops and 2 bottoms I received when I started. How do I get more?
A: Additional uniform items can be purchased with your bonus funds only. If you are a full-time DA who has worked for us for 1 year you are eligible for more uniforms without using bonus funds.
Q: Who should I contact about scheduling issues + concerns?

Q: I don't like the schedule that was published, what should I do?
A: Once the schedule is published no changes can be made unless it's an obvious error such as 6/7 day streaks or a schedule that's outside your availability. Trading shifts with another DA is the only option.
Q: I cannot make my shift later in the week. What should I do?
A: Request a Shift Trade or a Shift Cover on Homebase.
Q: I put up my shift for cover and someone accepted but it hasn’t been approved yet. Am I still responsible for the shift?
A: Yes, you will be responsible for the shift as long as it is assigned to you. Trades/Covers are approved until 3pm the day prior.
Q: I picked up an open shift. When will it be approved?
A: Usually the day before the shift.
Q: How do I request Time off + PTO
A: All time off requests must be submitted via HomeBase.
HB > More > Requests > Time Off > (+) on top > Add your days and Submit.
All time off requests must be submitted formally via HB (not via messages/in person) 14+ days in advance. Past that Homebase will not allow requests to go through.
If you would like to use PTO to cover those days, a PTO request must be submitted via ADP in conjunction with the HB time off request. Will be approved by our HR manager by the end of the pay period.
ADP > Time Off > “Create request” > choose “PTO” for policy type > choose dates > Create > Add a start time and daily time > Update Changes
Q: How do I change my availability? I would like to have a set schedule.
A: Unless discussed at the time of onboarding we do not guarantee set schedules. A change of availability may be requested via HB after 90 days of the hiring date. Subjected to approval.
Q: What bonuses are paid out?
A: Rescue bonuses, Weekly Bonuses, Peak incentives in peak season, Driver trainer compensations
Q: How much are the rescue payouts?
A: $0.50 per stop.
Q: How much is the weekly bonus?
A: $80 a week. That’s $320 a month added to your paycheck on top of rescue and other bonuses.
